Tons and tons of standard features, I could show you if you want to request it. To get into a meeting to talk with someone on how to trade $2000 for $225,000 up front and hold some rentals. We aren’t talking about taking it out 5 years from now, we are talking about at the time of closing, this is a government approved program.
