Richard Flint: Exiting the Rat Race CD Review

I am going to post about Richard Flint. I spoke about him on the other post the other day. As you may know he is coming to Minnesota   http://www.realestatepromo.com/SummerSizzler/index.html

I have 2 of his CD’s sitting in front of me right now “Exiting the rat race” and “Listening with your eyes wide open”

If you get a chance to see this guy in person or listen to his CD’s I’d recommend it.  Here is how I would describe this person, he is like a Tony Robbins in that he wants you to improve, but he asks much deeper questions and makes you be much harder on yourself to really ask yourself who you are.  I really enjoy him, he tells it like it is.  You can tell he has so much experience he has been speaking for many years and traveling around the country.   You can see him along with all of the other speakers, it’s a no brainer.   He talks fast, moves fast, and his questions are just questions really aimed at asking yourself who you are and why do you continue to do or not do what you know you shouldn’t.  It’s a lot of programmimg of your mind.  His CD’s are actually pretty affordable, he’ll have them for sale I’m sure at the event.  I am sure you can buy the ones that I have copies of.  These are one of the few CD’s that I actually find myself listening to 2-3 times and not just once.  It’s one of those CD’s you really need to listen to a lot to condition yourself, kind of like Tony Robbins CD’s.  I’d also say though as someone who has seen Tony Robbins in person and has listen to almost every CD Tony Robbins has, it’s so much different to see in person than listening to the audio when you are driving or half asleep.  I found stuff on Richard’s list I believe at $35-$149.00 if I remember correctly which is pretty good.  He was in town last summer for the MNREIA event.  go to MNREIA.com and ask for Mike Jacka if you want to attend the event.  I find Richard pretty funny as well, he is a very good entertainer and speaker.
