: CD Review

The company is Inc. The company is owned by Than Merrill and , who I believe at the age of 25-26, maybe older were just doing like 104 rehabs in 1 year in 2006 I believe. That’s a lot. They are students of Robyn Thompson (the rehab queen).  I have seen both of these guys in person a couple of times. First I saw Than Merrill about 1 year ago, he is considered one of the best around at marketing to get rehab properties, he has tons of ideas, many include direct mail, letters, billboards, and trucks signage, etc.  I then saw a few months later. He talks about having the systems in place and managing the rehab crews and subcontractors and how he does this step by step. You have probably seen these guys on TV, they have been on the show “flip that house” I believe is the one, many times. They are becoming pretty well known for their area, up around Conneticut.  The CD I have it front of me I got at one of their boot camps last summer put on by MNREIA.com. Than and Merrill came to town with Robyn Thompson to put the seminar 3-day boot camp on. The 3rd day of the bootcamp was Richard Flint.  This CD is Transitioning from Corporate America to Full Time Real Estate Investor in 90 days, guest appearance on the CD by Joe Williams.
