How to Delegate Your Work: Dick Lohr

Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008

I listened last month to the 4 tape audio series “ work and ensure it’s done right“  The author on the tapes is .  First I will say I enjoyed this a lot, I learned a lot and the teacher has a lot of experience and explaines everything very well.   This tape set was from 1988 I believe.  Let me type a little bit about the author:

is the president of the Institute of Management and Sales Techniques, Inc.  has more than 25 years of “shirt sleeve” business experience to back him up.”

He is an expert in personnel recuriting, sales, management, and orginazational planning.  It’s part of CareerTrack Publications.

This tape series can take the average manager and turn him/her into a super manager by how efficient and how much of a leader you can become from correctly and gaining your employees respect.

Some things it talks about teaching you are:

Determining which of the current projects to and when

Keep control of the projects

Pick the right person

Overcome other’s resistance

is necessary to grow your business, leverage and expand to the next level.  Even though this tape set is older, it’s worth getting and learning from.
