Ronald Legrand: Quick Turn Expert - on How to Flip

: - on

This blog post is about a book sitting in front of me by Ron .  “Fast Cash with real estate“  The stuff Ron teaches is not stuff you would get in real estate school, its pretty creative stuffI have personally went to Ron s MOS (Multiple Offer Strategies) boot camp at the end of 2005 and paid $5500 for myself and a couple of guests and it was worth every penny. There were about 500 people there in St. Augustine Florida near Jacksonville for that 5 day eventSome were returning and graduating studentsThis guy has probably close to 25 years experience now and there isnt much he doesnt know about real estateHe has a very bold aggressive personality, but that is whats great about himHe has many boot camps and materials available through his website www.RonLegrandAt this time Ron and Louis Brown remain my two favorite trainers in real estate.

You have to keep in mind though even after you learn many of his secrets to creative real estate you cant just go up to any real estate agent off the street and ask to work these models, most agents havent heard of this stuffThese are concepts you would work directly with the owners onYou can probably also see a list of his courses and books I have read at www.RonOrr.comHe has many good cashflow courses on tape and CDHe has lease option , short sale, owner financing, FSBO, all kinds of programs available to listen toHe has bootcamps and courses on wholesaling, retailing (rehabbing), subject-to(get the deed).  He is a big believer on private money and getting owner financing with creative dealsHe also speaks a lot about roth iras and land trusts at his seminars. You should check his site because he often does 1 day eventsWithin a few years he may retireHe has trained many of the greats today like Robyn Thompson(queen of rehabs), Jeff Kaller (mr. foreclosure), Randy and Charlie France(get the deed subject-to), etc.

What Ron is best known for is being the best at quick-turning(flipping) houses for a profit through subject to, rent to own, ownering financing, rehabbing or whateverAlso as of like 2004 I think he was at over 1500 houses done.   I hope to see you one day at one of his bootcampsHe typically has them in big cities like Atlanta, Florida cities, California cities, Las Vegas, etc. I dont think he is going to come to Minnesota anytime soon.
