Real Estate Listed: Searching Listed Properties

At the time of this writing I’d prefer you search for properties by going to www.MinnesotaInvestors.com and clicking on “property search”. This will bring you to this page: http://www.minnesotainvestors.com/indexsearch.html

This will give you these options:

Search ALL properties
Open House Search
Sold Listings Search
Save Your Search
Local Links
School District Info
County Records

Search All Properties will give you thousands and thousands of properties just like agents can search with their subscription to the MLS. It’s not exactly the same, agents have access to certain info on the MLS, but you will be able to search most of all the properties on this site just like with the other major realty sites in Minnesota. You will now also be able to search open houses, and do some searches for sold listings. If you are a frequent searcher looking to buy sometime soon, you may want to “save your search” criteria and wait until you find the right property. I have provided important local links for everything from fun stuff to do, to local tv and radio, to local sports teams. You will also be able to search about any school in the nation with our school links. County Records are also available for just about every county in the USA. We have provided that for you online. Most counties these days are online with property records. In addition I have provided a calculator for you to check what payment you can afford. For finding directions to properties I would recommend maps.google.com, maps.yahoo.com or mapquest.com

With the search of properties you will be able to start off by using a dynamic mapping system to hone in on the exact area you want. You will be able to click on the cities you are interested in. You can choose minimum and maximum price range. You can choose the year built. Minimum bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet. Garage Stalls, acreage.Single Family, townhome, twinhome, condo, 360 degree virtual tours, you can search by a lot of features these days. You can search by interior features and ammentities like fireplaces, c/a, style rambler, 1 1/2 story, 2 story, split-level, etc. You can also search by water type like channel shore, lakefront, riverfront, pond, etc. It will show you how many properties are available to search. For example you can search these 4 different property categories, at the time of this writing, here is how many are available:

Commercial Properties (1721) | Investment Properties (1672) | Land & Lots (16285) Residential Properties (45643)

As you can see it’s a lot of properties. After you do the search you will be given a map view, you can view details, inquire about the listing, save the listing, show on the map, look at photos. You will see details and be given the MLS#.

If you are currently not under contract with a buyer’s agent simply click on inquire about the listing type in your email and first and last name and phone number, and a good time to call and I will have my associate reach you.
