I’ll start off with a short article on today and someday I’ll write a long one, but I just want to spread the word about this club. First off I have been doing to this club before the beginning. I went to the meeting over 1 year before this group was officially called . I started going with around 30 people in attendance. Other than the attorney and president , only one or two people I know of go their on occassion, many people have gone for 2+ years though. This club today has an email list I believe over 1600-2000. For the past 2 years has consistantly had 250+ show up per month. Except for some really bad weather days, that many always show up. There are a few vendor tables, and a table to put your fliers, and business cards. This club is great for networking. Also it’s great for the first 20 minutes to tell about what properties you have available and what clients you have or properties you are looking for. That’s called have’s and wants. You will meet people from 20 to 70 years old at this club, it’s great for networking. The people at this club have anywhere from 1 day of experience to 15 years experience. I would say most people have 1 year of experience on average. Each month has a different speaker , most are national speakers and when they don’t speak, the president will do a topic or will do a Q&A with attorney Tom Fafinksi from Benepartum Law Group, both of who I recommend.

I’ve enjoyed watching this group grow, and many of the investors a long the way. I appreciate all of those I have met along the way, and look forward to meeting some of you at the real estate club someday. It’s on the first Tuesday of every month. Here is the address:

Here are the past meetings I’ve attended as typed by me, I don’t remember which month on some of those beginning years. We had different locations in the beginning, but have had the same location for awhile now.

Again I hope to see you at the club, there are other clubs in Minnesota for real estate MREE, HRA, and some others, but I believe for newer residential investors I believe is the biggest.
