Than Merrill: Fortune Builders CD review

I’ll make this post a little bit smaller since I told a little more about these guys on the other post about Fortune Builder and the CD I got. I gave the Bio of Paul and Than Merrill on the other post. Than use to play for a short period of time for the Chicago Bears. He is a very energetic dynamic speaker, I enjoyed seeing him in person those few times. Paul his partner and him are very very driven to success. This CD is called finding buyers in a slowing market. This CD actually has Than and Paul both on it answering common questions people have. These guys seem to have a good system to put buyers into a system ahead of time and getting them qualified and getting them into some kind of system so they can look at other houses, until they find the one they want, and of course they have plenty of houses to show these buyers, from all of their 100’s of rehabs. These guys are young students of Robyn Thompson’s (the rehab queen) so they are very into systems and volume. They think it’s important that the loan officer spends the time with each client. They will talk about the buying process, etc. These guys really seem to believe in staying in contact with these buyers. He got this from Gary Keller from the The millionaire agent, which is an excellent book. They believe that first time buyers make impulse purchases.
