Create Multiple Streams of Income: Robert Allen CD Review
Create Multiple Streams of Income: Robert Allen CD Review
I just got done the other night listening to the 8 CD set of Robert Allen’s multiple income streams. After the first couple of CD’s I didn’t know what to think, but I’d have to say by the time I was done I really liked the CD set. It’s a little bit about real estate, but it’s more about success and what makes a successful person. It talks a lot about the journey of becoming successful. How to think past the obstacles. It gives a lot of examples of people who are famous that have gone bankrupt or have overcome many obstacles multiple times in life before they became successful. I have been to Robert Allen Boot camp, in fact it was a 3 day even at the end of 2002, and was my first bootcamp, and first bootcamp on real estate. I learned almost too much in those 3 days, I was new. I have read Robert Allen books, listened to mulitple CD’s of his
and watch him on TV on infomercials often. This CD told the story of how he just kind of ended up in real estate, after getting rejected from many larger companies for a corporate job. It’s strange hearing he stumbled into the business, as he is now one of the most successful people. As I listen to Robert Allen and learn from him, he definitely seems like an expert, one of the best at getting properties for no money down. He really seems to be a better instructor as a personal coach with just unlimited creative ideas, as I listen to his CD’s. This CD set really had a lot of great creative ideas on putting together income streams. As the years go by I am finding the multiple income streams was the plan all along. You want that easy passive residual income coming in. Even if it’s a low amount at first. The idea is that the money comes in eventually with little to no hours. Eventually you will get tired of trading hours for dollars, you are only 1 person, you get physically tired, even at a young age. This is a 7 CD set with 1 bonus CD. The bonus CD was about networking affiliate marketing, and teaching the pros of this idea, and how far it’s come. I’d imagine this system is pretty affordable. He talked early on in the CD set about information age and how fast it’s exploding. I believe this was recorded around 1997 or so, give or take a year or two, he was talking about how “the internet” will explode, as it was growing pretty quick at that time. Looking back now in 2008 he was very right, people need information. He talks about the different types of entrepreneurs, infopreneurs, autopreneurs, etc. That’s one thing I have noticed about Robert Allen, he is quick to note that people can’t be all things, each person typically has a mindset and is a “certain” type of person. Some are detail-oriented, some are extra creative, everyone is different.
