Real Estate Situation: Mortgage Situation and Seller Situations

Over the coming weeks we will try to describe some of the different situations and programs that we offer and work with and you can see where you fit in. Whether you are looking for a place to rent, want to rent to own, do a contract for deed. You can decide if financing is right for you by getting pre-qualified. Also New Construction is available for purchase as well as investing. For property owners, we can help with filling up your vacancy, to helping you get your property refinanced, selling it, and getting it listed in the Multiple Listings service. You can sell on a contract for deed, owner financing, sell on terms, or if you have little or no equity and you need to sell on a short sale or in foreclosure. Let us point you in the right direction. If you are thinking about selling you can also ask us to run a CMA, or value check to give you an idea what your house may be worth in today’s market before you sell. Look for the future blogs to cover each of these, and much more.

Please contact me ron@minnesotainvestors.com and we’ll help you with your situation.
