Cities of Minnesota: MinnesotaInvestors.com Areas we work

Many people ask us which areas we work in as far as finding properties for you to buy, invest, rent, rent to own, contract for deed, sell, owner finance, subject-to, foreclosures, showings, etc. Many agents work a smaller area, their farm area as it’s called. They work one city for years. We actually work a lot of areas, but we typically have agents that work a wide range of areas, and they have networks of agents that plug in to areas they live near. Let me go over the areas. As a general rule we will work around as far North as Andover, East Bethel, Ham Lake, we get some interest in that area. As far as to the West, we have sold properties in Waverly, we will work on Orono, etc. As far as South we will go Lakeville to Farmington area. Belle Plain and Northfield are pretty far south for us, but we have people for that area. Also as far as to the East, we will work the Stillwater area, maybe even Wisconsin on the border, we have fewer agents to work Wisconsin.
