High Net Worth: TV Show Review

High Net Worth: TV Show Review

I just got done watching the TV show High Net Worth.  It’s on at 7:30pm on Friday in Minnesota on CNBC.  This show is about business owners, wealthy people, and great places to travel if you want to feel wealthy.  They show places all over the world.  Todays’ episode showed private islands, it talked about Thailand, Luguna Beach of California, Austrian resorts.  It talked about collectibles, owning a sports franchise, and more.  This show was only 30 minutes long.  I’d say it’s a little like the show the rich and famous, but it doesn’t profile some of the people as much, it just shows what’s out there.  This is a business and financial show.  Tyler Mathisen is the host of the show, he does a great job.  The show is about preserving wealth.  The show shows people how to get the most out of their money in the economy.  From the CNBC website “This is a program that speaks to the ultra-affluent. Mathisen and his guests celebrate the very best life has to offer”

Here is another quote from CNBC website about the show  “Mathisen reports the very latest news on investing trends and opportunities as well as news on taxes, trusts and estates.”

I find it a great show if you are looking to dream a little.  I like that they show different places to travel and what it’s like.

Marko Rubel: Niche2Wealth Wealth System Review

Marko Rubel: Niche2Wealth Wealth System Review

I listened to this instant wealth system a few months back. It’s a DVD by Marko Rubel on his Niche 2 Wealth system.  He is interviewed by Dr. Jeff .  I got this DVD at a Robyn Thompson bootcamp last summer.  I watched it, I think it’s under 1 hour.  Marko wants to teach you how you can use his system to make $20,000 to $50,000 per month buying houses part time.

Some other things you’ll see on the DVD case are:

How to use insider “direct response” marketing to create a huge stream of motivated sellers chasing you, instead of the other way around!

Never revealed system on  how to create your own list of 10,000+ prospects that are likely to have unique equity position that will allow you to buy for the loan balance- no money down!

How to use his custom letters and full color oversized postcards for the best results!  These “high response” pieces are carefully tweaked over many deals in different markets!  They are not only yours to use, but he’ll teach you ow to use them effectively!

Step-by-Step process of buying houses using seller’s existing loan!  You will learn all the mechniacs of the “subject to” transaction, and understand thoroughly each and every document used!  He will walk  you through the step-by-step process on how to handle the insurance.. the trickiest part of those types of deals!

Cutting-edge marketing for selling- Step-by-step!  Last year he has 17 vacant houses approaching holidays, he came up with techniquest to fill up vacancies!  He sold them all with down payments right away.

Investing and Wealth Management: CD Review

I have this investing and wealth management CD set sitting in front of me right now. It’s a 4 CD set with 4 different instructors. I believe I got it on Ebay for only $19.95 I think.
CD 1 Is Robert Allen who covers some on multiple income streams.
CD 2 is Brian Tracy who talks about the 21 qualities of millionaires.
CD 3  is Chris Widen who speaks about financial freedom to ensure a fantastic financial finish. He covers a.possessing money vs. being possessed by money. b. the principles of financial freedom  c. basic secrets of wealth accumulation d.long-term wealth
CD 4 is Toni Turner She speaks about profitable strategies for the savvy stock market investor, covering subjects such as:
basic approaches to investing in high-quality stocks  b. pinpointing low-risk buying opportunities c. managing & editing portfolio positions d. tractics to minimize loss & maximize profit.

I’ve listened to a few of Brian Tracy audio’s before, he is a very bright guy. He has a lot of good quotes and has learned from a lot of the best speakers out there. Brian is very good at talking about what “makes” someone successful, what are the traits, how do they become the person they need to be, Brian is great for Self-Improvement. Brian has a wealth of knowledge and many products on the market.  Robert Allen I have written about in other blogs. He has some very great creative ideas for no money down and multiple income streams, and is successful as a infopreneur.  I’ll be honest and say I had never heard of Chris Widener and Toni Turner before this 4 CD set, so I enjoyed learning from those two. For $19.95 for 4 CD’s I am pretty happy for the price and value here.
