4 Steps to Owning a home in 2010

Sunday, April 11th, 2010

Due to the economy, everyone wants to spend less money monthly on bills right now:

Due to Down Payment Assistance, 4.75% interest rates(if you qualify), and a much cheaper housing market…
A home loan saves you more money monthly then:
Renting, Rent to Own, and Contract for Deed as far as, for money upfront, and for monthly payments.

Step #1: Get you up to a 580+ minimum Credit Score right away

Step #2: Allow 1-2 years since your bankruptcy

Step #3: Allow 2-3 years since your foreclosure

Step #4: Get you some down payment money

Let’s work together on getting you to these goals, so that you can buy a house.

If the timing has it where you recently have no money, a bankruptcy and/or a foreclosure, then:
A Rental, Rent to Own, or Contract for Deed may be your only choice.
I actually cover each of the above in far more detail through email, to read that:

Unlimited Power Anthony Robbins

Monday, May 11th, 2009

I got done yesterday listening to the full 6 tape set of Anthony Robbins Unlimited Power. I really enjoyed it, I also have a 1 tape set I listened to the day before that.  I have listened to a lot of Tony Robbins stuff before and notice he has a lot of overlap from one tape to another, but that’s ok, he reinforces it in you. Tony is great at getting you to realize how to get yourself to do something, he really knows people, and how they think, they Psychology of people.  Tony is very good at tonality and getting you to follow how he says things.  One part that really got me interested this last time, even though I have listened to a lot of his stuff over and over is the anchor in which we remember things. We remember a feeling or something that happened when we hear a certain song, a noise, or something is said or even seeing a person or something.  And that we can even create or uncreate these anchor points is amazing in itself.  He spends a lot of time explaining the different personality types in many different categories.

You may also want to check out some of his other programs such as edge, and personal power 1 and 2.  Tony Robbins is very dynamic compared to other speakers, and the time really flies when you listen to him. Tony is a very intelligent guy, as you’ll understand from listening to his audio.   I have seen Tony Robbins in person at the Chicago Learning Annex and it’s very fun in person. You can see who else I have seen if you visit my library link at www.ronorr.com

I have another review coming up today or tomorrow on another big speaker and tape set on time management.

Tony Robbins Getting through a slump

Monday, April 27th, 2009

This is a good video with Tony Robbins on the Today show in the morning talking about getting through a slump and the current economy.  He has a few good stories in this video, I have watched it a couple of times, it’s only 5 minutes and 39 seconds.  The segment is named Turbulent Times America’s Crisis of Confidence.   Matt asks him about looking for the bright side, seeing the glass as half full.  Tony refers to where he was during 9/11.   Tony talks about us needing to get ready for tough times, and how most of us aren’t use to this kind of economy and how we have to learn to ride it out.

Tony Robbins discusses state of mind

Sunday, April 26th, 2009

Tony Robbins teaches how to change your state of mind.  I have seen him in person and understand how he does it, and has it triggered, it works much better in person than on audio, but either way it works pretty well.  He talks about Andre Agassi and other popular clients of his.  He talks about depression and how people act.  Tony talks some about his previous relationships he has had.   Tony says he thinks the depth of life is missing for most people because they are communicating through technolgies, etc.  Tony talks about some of the people he has met, including world leaders, he talks some about Mike Tyson and conversations he’s had.  This is a 12:32 time elapsed video.  Tony talks a lot about how to look at your life, and also about failures.
