Automatic Millionaire by David Bach CD Review

The famous writer of “The Automatic Millionaire” is financial advisor David Bach. David Bach has had #1 New York Best Seller’s and he can often be seen on TV. He is often seen on the Millionaire Inside on CNBC. David Bach teaches you investing more traditionally like a personal finance or financial planner would. He is big into saving money, paying yourself first and investing that at a nice return over many years. He is really big on investing early more than anthing. He is famous for his “latte factor” Basically stating that everyone spends $5 -$10 per day that they don’t have to spend, if they really just saved and invested that money “every day” for years and let it grow, you would soon have $1million. He belives almost anyone can do it. David has a few different books and audio programs out.

I have The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner 4 Disc CD set sitting in front of me right now. I enjoyed it very much. I would choose this program for more beginner and avid buyers for real estate. David really talks big about making sure you buy that 1 house for you to live in, instead of renting. He really believes that’s the smartest move you can make. What you would like about David Bach if you haven’t seen him on TV already is that he has a very simple way of explaining things. He conveys his method well and seems to really stick to the same story that he strongly believes in. He has been successful for many years.

I would really describe David as the investor and personal advistor who really wants you to save and invest and stay consistant and pay your self first for your investments, and over the long run you just will become wealthy with a modest percentage return.
